Stress is basically a disconnection from the earth, a forgetting of the breath. Stress is an ignorant state. It believes that everything is an emergency. Nothing is that important. Just lie down.

More Christmas reminiscing.
This is the lime crunch semi freddo I made for dessert at Christmas dinner. For extra festive flair I placed raspberries and pomegranate seeds on top. It was zesty and refreshing - perfect way to end the meal. Even if I did struggle to cut it up in slices…
Making it was so easy, it will probably appear again next year.
P.S. Please excuse my mum’s finger over the lens, she had to shoot quickly!
So I tried to stay away from the net as much as possible during the holidays but they are sadly coming to an end, so now I can do little bragging about my Yuletide fun.
This is a gummy bear wreath I made for my cousin’s boyfriend. He loves lollies, which I really appreciate, as it makes gift purchasing nice and straight forward. Plus I had a tonne of fun making it, so score. The only problem is I’ve now raised the bar for future gifts…
